A Colorado native, Charlie is a real estate broker with Prudential Becky Hamlin Realty, Inc.
Graduating from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, provided Charlie with insight into the value of what the Gunnison Country offers. He put his degree to work in the real estate business and remains a top producer in sales and listings of Crested Butte area properties for over 30 years.
Charlie specializes in acreage, building sites, homes and condominiums from one end of the valley to the other - including The Club at Crested Butte, Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding 35 acre subdivisions in the valley. His standout performance leads to annual recognition including the Leading Edge, President’s and Chairman’s awards. Always current with the industry and market, Charlie is an e-certified Pro, a Fine Homes Specialist and an Online Seller Advantage certified professional.
To compliment his real estate business Charlie is a 35 year valued employee with Crested Butte Mountain Resort. He was the Director of the ski and snowboard schools for 15 years from 1993 through 2008. Returning to his passion for instructing in 2009 put Charlie back on the slopes enjoying the mountain and sharing his love of the sport with many of his long term students and friends. Additionally, his civic contributions include 5 years on the Mt. Crested Butte planning commission and 14 years with the Mt. Crested Butte Water & Sanitation District which included 3 years as Chairman of the Board.
